Since attaining my Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (10537NAT) over 6 years ago, from the Pilates International Training Centre, I have dedicated myself to delivering a professional yet personalised approach to Pilates.
My extensive knowledge in the Pilates Method repertoire allows me to tailor and personalise each and every session to help facilitate positive change and realise achievable outcomes.
I have studied Anatomy and Physiology throughout my career and understand the mechanics of the body.
As a keen long-distance runner and cyclist, I understand the importance of a nutritious diet combined with strength training to remain fit and injury free. My personal Pilates practice has been a bedrock for my triathlon training and marathon runs and I can share this knowledge and experience with you.
