About Me
Since attaining my Diploma of Professional Pilates Instruction (10537NAT) over 8 years ago, from the Pilates International Training Centre, I have dedicated myself to delivering a professional yet personalised approach to Pilates

My extensive knowledge in the Pilates Method repertoire allows me to tailor and personalise each and every session to help facilitate positive change and realise achievable outcomes.

I have studied Anatomy and Physiology throughout my career and understand the mechanics of the body. This lead me to discover the MELT Method and its amazing benefits. This unique method is a gentle self care technique that uses hand and foot treatment balls and soft rollers to rehydrate fascia, improve autonomic regulation, and reduce chronic pain.

As a keen long-distance runner and cyclist, I understand the importance of a nutritious diet combined with strength training to remain fit and injury free. My personal Pilates practice has been a bedrock for my triathlon training and marathon runs and I can share this knowledge and experience with you.

My Approach
I offer a unique combination of Pilates and the MELT Method to support health, healing, and optimal movement for all ages, body types, and conditions. My approach is tailored to meet the needs of clients managing autoimmune conditions, prenatal and postnatal recovery (including diastasis recti correction), scoliosis, osteoporosis, post-injury rehabilitation, injury prevention, and athletic conditioning.
